About Full Fat Things

We’re Full Fat Things. We are passionate about making great software products for amazing brands. We build software and integrate with businesses in a meaningful way.

We’re known for producing seamless digital experiences that deliver tangible results for our clients.

We count Publishers, TV companies, global financial services companies and charities among our clients.

Based in the UK and 12 years old, we’ve always been a distributed business, right from the very start. We choose where in the UK we wish to work. We meet in person regularly in different cities for co-working days and fun evenings.

About the role

You’ll be involved in a broad range of administration, organisation and coordination activities in a fast paced environment. These will include:

  • Handling the routine administrative operations relating to procurement, health & safety, HR, commercial and finance, ensuring our virtual office runs like clockwork. You don’t need to be an expert in these fields, we want you for your exceptional administration and organisational skills!

  • Team organisation and coordination activities, such as arranging diaries, team days and travel.

  • Administrative and organisational support to the Operations team.

  • Collating and tracking actions on behalf of the team, following up on progress and outcomes.

Does this sound like you?

You will have relevant experience as an administrator, with the following attributes or skills:

  • Uber-efficient and capable of organising yourself and others, you’ll be able to prioritise multiple tasks and keep abreast of changing schedules and developments.

  • Great communication skills - you’ll be confident dealing with all types of people of all levels of seniority; customers, team and suppliers alike.

  • Systems savvy, with demonstrable word processing and spreadsheet skills and a keen eye for accuracy.

  • Tact and discretion - you’ll be trusted with confidential information.

  • A positive team player with a flexible, can-do attitude, you'll have a friendly, balanced approach to working with conflicting priorities.

  • You’ll be self-motivated, with the ability to work unsupervised and on your own initiative.

You’ll be based in the UK, but we’re flexible on where. We like to get together regularly for team days.

What we’re like to work with

We are a fabulously friendly customer focused team that works hard in a fast-paced environment.

Our culture is collaborative – we’re a team first and strive to build the company at which we want to work. And we genuinely love working together! We care deeply about maintaining a team of smart people who get things done.

We work mostly at home but you can choose to work in a coworking space, if you prefer. We are happy to tailor working hours as long as our team and customers can continue to work effectively.

We know that it’s great people that make great things. When we enjoy our work, customers want to work with us.

Our values

  • We constantly shape the company we want to work in

  • We serve humans, not machines

  • We are here to make others faster

  • We look after each other first, which enables us to deliver world class service

  • We are friendly

  • We speak frankly

  • We ask those who think something is impossible to step aside while we finish

  • We use initiative, and ask for forgiveness rather than permission

  • We take personal responsibility for everyone’s success

  • We seek growth

All of our values start with “We” as we think collaboration grows an individual faster than independent effort.

Our team loves working in a distributed way – we purposefully avoid calling this remote, because we stay connected – which means no commute, more flexibility and a better work-life balance. And we make sure you have the equipment you need to do your job well. No outdated tech or wonky desks for our people!

You'll receive a salary in line with your skills and experience plus a 10% employer contribution to your pension, healthcare and the potential for an annual bonus.
