The challenge

TTG had accelerated their digital business well beyond their competitors over the last decade but had reached the limits of their single platform solution and realised they needed more specialist stack to achieve their next level of growth. They needed more flexibility in their CMS to empower the editorial team, more granular and joined up data to super power their sales story and customer outcomes.

The goal was to maximise registrations to bolster and enrich an already market-leading data set, creating more appeal to end clients. And then to optimise engagement for audience and return for clients through dynamic marketing service solutions. All of this required a deeply connect, flexible and powerful tech stack to match and facilitate growth ambitions.
